A ground-floor family house designed for the outskirts of the city, near Berounka river, in an area threatened by flooding.
The main feature of the house is a vegetation-reinforced concrete roof with a massive roof whose significant overlap protects the terrace from rain and sun.
The communal space, with its kitchen and dining area, with all-glass walls, opens to the southeast and southwest, has a premium height, with four stair steps leading to a private area with bedrooms and facilities.
