The house is designed for a residential development in the local part of Český Šternberk. The sloping plot, accessible from the upper, south-western side, offers a beautiful view of the valley.
The simple form of the new part is emphasised by a cladding with a ventilated facade of black metal coils.
The new building is made of ceramic blocks with monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings.
On the south side there is a terrace adjacent to the living room and kitchen.
The entrance is connected to the parking space, the guest room and the study are accessible from the hallway.
The basement is a preserved part of the original old house, which was otherwise removed. An indication that it is an old part is the rubble stone on the facade.
This has been sensitively added and flows into the external retaining wall.
The main living floor opens to the northeast panorama through two large windows, behind which are the living room and master bedroom.
The interior is dominated by the Scandinavian style.
The combination of white and anthracite colours of the built-in furniture is complemented by the light veneer of the solitary furniture.
