The proposed two-storey family house belongs to a new, gradually built-up residential part of the city.
A two-car garage covered in light wood is adjacent to the basic block in white plaster, which is complemented by anthracite window frames.
The building consists of ceramic masonry with reinforced concrete ceilings, its simple material composition is enhanced by the different facade surfaces.
Classy performance
The main living area with kitchen and dining room is located a few steps down, giving it refined proportions, which are also accentuated by large formats of windows facing the garden.
The internal spatial arrangement corresponds to the slightly sloping terrain, the ground floor is divided into two levels with different heights.
The first floor is occupied by three spacious bedrooms with bathrooms and dressing rooms.
