The family house replaced a decayed building that was located in an older development in the Moravian town.
The building with walls made of ceramic blocks supporting a reinforced concrete ceiling has a fine-grained plaster on the facade. The anthracite shade of the roofing matches the colour of the window frames.
The French windows are adjoined by a spacious, partly covered terrace.
The garden is the work of the owner and fully underlines the concept of the house. Traditional flowers and trees are treated in a modern way - sparingly and purposefully.
The garage consists of a separate block set along the south-eastern façade, which also protects the entrance. The garage is distinguished from the building by vertical larch cladding.
The living area with the kitchen and also the master bedroom face the garden, to the south-west.
