The design follows the composition of a ramshackle house and a retaining street wall, which is becoming the facade of the house.
House Wall
A garage with an entrance and an office restore the site to a traditional street wall. The counter roof replicates the slope of the adjacent road.
Unconventional garden
The house itself is retreated to the site of the original house. It created a semi-atrium with a garden right by the living room. The bedroom floor is then served as a garden or terrace by a green roof over the connecting tract.
