Proposed new build on two neighbouring plots simultaneously, with exposed brick cladding protecting the exposed sides of the house, lining and attic.
Due to the slope, the entrance floor with the garage is recessed into the ground, which can also be accessed from the living room upstairs. The bedrooms are then on the second floor. The two main facades are designed as a interplay of glazed and solid sections of large windows and front shutters.
