The Spanish island in the Canary Islands has become a popular holiday destination. However, the proposal for Czech clients is not a holiday home, but a building for a planned year-round stay on the island.
Due to the favourable climate, it is a priority to spend most of the year outdoors. This is how the whole house is designed.
The boundaries between the outdoor terrace and the living space are blurred by large-scale sliding glazing, making it possible to enjoy the waves of the sea and the view of the misty forest.
Easily repairable plaster and aluminium windows are proven materials in high humidity conditions with salt in the air.
