A mini-brewery with a restaurant and accommodation is proposed for the centre of the village, where Elbe cycling routes intersect.
The building maintains the scale of the village, the inspiration for its form and layout has become the local development of lands. Shields of the archetypal, saddle-roofed mass turn toward the square, the vast glass of the ground floor resembling a gate.
The brewery's main advertising feature is the brewery, which can be seen not only by visitors to the restaurant, but also by passers-by or riders, thanks to the opening of the shield wall. The symmetry of the front is preserved by an equally large opening revealing the bar space.
