The structure of the central plan is based on the basic principles of Byzantine architecture, yet the result is a minimalist to purist form that conceals an interior with traditional decoration.
The golden crown gives the building the dignity and character of a sanctuary.
Gardens
The church is located in a park, but is separated by a concrete ring for undisturbed worship. This hides an atrium with gardens.
