A spacious villa on the edge of the well-known Ořechovka district. The renovation design preserves the overall form of the house, with extensive extensions hiding in the basement.
A major change is the location of the main entrance next to the new garage, the reduced underground level has created a space for a relaxation area with a swimming pool.
One floor above, on the garden level, is a social space with a kitchen, dining room and semi-enclosed study. Bedrooms fill the second floor and attic. All the living rooms face south.
Dark veneers dominate the interior with a massive wooden floor, complemented by a stone on the fireplace or in the bathrooms.
