co-author A.D.N.S. architekti and KPF
One of the largest projects in Prague with a total size of approx. 120,000 m2 includes 4 office buildings, a hotel and 2 residential buildings.
The silhouette of the house, the solid materials used and their colour palettes are related to the traditional Prague environment of towers, roofs and pavements.
This building with an atrium is characterised by the red Chinese sandstone used on the facade and the grey-black aluminium windows.
The building is unique for its extensive atrium, which uses unique structural and technical elements.
