The house is located by the dam of the pond, on the outskirts of the village near the Lusatian Mountains.
A meadow, an orchard, a pond and a modest house in the centre for weekend comfort.
The lightweight wooden building is almost 70cm on the ground. Thanks to this, it overlooks the pond and is protected from getting waterlogged.
