The house is located on the outskirts of a small Central Bohemian village. The sloping terrain offered the possibility of recessed parking into the hillside.
The elegance of the simple and proven shape is underlined by the dark facade made of burnt wood and mostly large-format windows.
There is access to the terrace from the south thanks to a terrain break directly from the living room.
The house has 5 levels. The bedroom floors are accessed from the mezzanine. The living room is dominated by a high elevated space up to the roof structure with a gallery. To the north there are magnificent views of the countryside and to the south there is a private sunny garden.
