The steep slope, the narrow plot and the requirement for barrier-free access led to an unconventional internal layout on four levels.
The entrance is on the second floor, where there is a study in addition to the entrance.
On the third floor there are bedrooms, on the second floor there is a living room, which is partly elevated, and at the very bottom, on the ground floor, there is the master bedroom of the parents and an accessible room with access to the garden.
The elevator is a fundamental requirement of the investor, which motivated the design of the narrow tower.
