First Republic romantic villa in a beautiful Prague district with unique views of the Prague skyline.

Despite the interventions to the interior, there was only a small modification to the façade of the house in the form of enlarging one opening to the garden into a French window. This connected the living floor with the restored garden and the covered seating area under the pergola. All the healthy mature trees have been retained and the garden offers various nooks and crannies for relaxation.

The first floor is dedicated to a spacious living room with kitchen and dining room. The large open space also offers a cosy library nook.

A remodeled fireplace wall with a new double-sided fireplace insert and stone surround has become a dominant element that visually divides the room while functionally connecting it.

The interior is dominated by natural oak and hornbeam veneers in combination with original stones on the entrance hall floor, staircase, fireplace, kitchen or bathroom. The natural materials create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the solitary furniture was chosen in the same spirit, with a great deal of distinctive design and quality workmanship.
