Utilitarian house on a green base with parking stands on the border of the park and the city.
The mass of the house was a response to the complexity of the site. The house is connected to the historic palace. With its blank facade, it was still waiting for the end of the street frontage and the creation of a second corner.
The upper floors are separated from the ground floor, creating the possibility of a green garden on the roof of the car park.
