The building in Anglická Street was built on one of the most technically difficult plots of land in Prague.
The solution to the complex foundation and implementation of four underground floors above the ČD and metro tunnels is the result of the project design, the provision of the construction pit, the professional work of the construction company and the courage of the investor to implement the construction under these conditions.
The intention was to build a classic townhouse structure with a plinth, mezzanine, wall and roof.
In the interior, natural stone floors and beech veneer tiles were used.
