The administrative building for the administration of the Czechoslovak Commercial Bank is represented by a large complex of pavilions located in the greenery of the southern slope of the Radlický valley.
The height of the building corresponds to the size of the surrounding mature trees, there is a maximum of green roofs on the building.
In total, the building represents approximately 50,000 m2 of above-ground floor space.
The building is designed as a low-energy building, including maximum use of waste heat and heat pumps for heating.
